Course Overview

The Master of Clinical Psychology programme at HELP University is designed to train competent clinical psychologists equipped with comprehensive knowledge, innovative therapeutic skills, and a professional attitude. It prepares students for a wide range of psychological assessments and interventions, supported by strong research and practical components. Students will gain extensive hands-on experience through internal and external practicums, developing expertise in serving diverse populations and psychological conditions.

Entry Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree of at least 3 years’ study in Psychology from a recognised university with at least a 2nd Class Honours (Upper division), and a minimum CGPA of 3.0.
  • International candidates must have English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.0.
  • Applicants whose native tongue or undergraduate medium is not English must show one of the following:
    • TOEFL: 550 (paper), 213 (computer), or 70 (internet)
    • IELTS: Band 6.0 or above
    • Cambridge GCE O Level English 1119: Grade C6 or above
  • Applicants must pass an interview with the selection committee, demonstrating strong written/oral communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to handle high workloads.
