Course Overview

The Master of Corporate Governance (MCG) at HELP University equips students with comprehensive knowledge of corporate governance theories, principles, and practices, with a strong emphasis on ethics and risk management. The programme is designed for those looking to contribute meaningfully to the direction, control, and ethical management of businesses in both private and public sectors. It is aligned with CPA Australia and offers exemptions for qualifying students.

Achievement

Up to two (2) exemptions for CPA Australia professional examinations (subject to confirmation upon enrolment).

Entry Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university with a CGPA of 2.50, preferably with adequate industry experience.
• Candidates with CGPA below 2.50 but with 5 years’ relevant working experience are admissible.
• Non-degree holders (Malaysian) with at least a Diploma or STPM may apply via APEL (A) approval.
• International applicants must have IELTS 6.0 or equivalent.
