Entry Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree (MQF Level 6) in Finance, Banking and Insurance with a minimum CGPA of 2.75; OR
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in the same fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 and not meeting 2.75 can be accepted subject to rigorous internal assessment; OR
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in the same fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 and not meeting 2.50 can be accepted subject to a minimum of 5 years relevant working experience and internal assessment; OR
  • Applicants without related qualification/experience must undergo appropriate prerequisite courses and meet minimum CGPA as above; OR
  • Other qualifications equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree recognised by the Malaysian Government; OR
  • APEL entry: Bachelor’s Degree equivalent in a related field approved by APEL assessment; OR
  • Non-degree holders (Malaysian) with at least a Diploma (Level 4 MQF) or STPM may apply through APEL approval. Candidates without a background in mathematics/statistics must complete a prerequisite subject in applied business statistics.
