Course Overview

The Bachelor of Science (Honours) in International Tourism and Hospitality Management 3+0, in collaboration with the University of Sunderland, provides a solid educational foundation focused on tourism and hospitality management. It is designed to kick-start your career in the fast-paced and exciting global industry.

This bachelor’s degree in tourism and hospitality enhances your understanding of international tourism, business, and hospitality management. It equips you with the practical skills to assume a management position in this rapidly growing and ever-changing industry. Additionally, it provides knowledge of communication, sustainability, the environment and tourism.

The graduates of the International Tourism and Hospitality Management degree will contribute to the industry’s growth and continuous improvement by applying tactical and strategic planning skills.

• PLO1: Describe key concepts, practices and specialized knowledge in relation to a particular tourism and hospitality industry management.
• PLO2: Develop problem solving abilities by acquiring, interpreting and analysing information from primary and/or secondary sources at local and international context.

• PLO4: Effectively deal with human behaviour within operation management of tourism and hospitality management.
