Course Overview

The Advanced Diploma in Midwifery equips students with essential knowledge and skills to safely provide maternity and child health services. The course focuses on obstetrics, gynaecology, and neonatology, designed for registered nurses with at least 2 years of clinical experience.

• Clinical Practice I, II and III

Entry Requirements

• Possess Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution by Malaysia Nursing Board (MNB).
• Registered with Malaysia Nursing Board (MNB).
• Possess current Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) for nurses from MNB.
• Minimum 2 years clinical working experience in nursing.
• Possess three (3) months experience in the related specialty.
• For international candidates: Registered with the Nursing Council of the country of origin, pass IELTS minimum score of 5.5 or TOEFL 515/215/80.
• Student must be certified medically fit by a registered medical practitioner.
