Course Overview

The HELP Master of Human Resource Development (MHRD) is designed to produce high-impact HR professionals equipped to be both effective HR leaders and strategic business partners. The programme blends academic theory with real-world application and is aimed at developing leadership, strategic thinking, and people management skills for resolving complex organisational challenges.

Students will be taught by experienced academicians and practitioners through a blended learning approach. They will graduate with a skill set that includes evidence-based problem solving, talent management, and leadership in diverse, global settings.

Entry Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university with a CGPA of 2.50, preferably with adequate industry experience.
• Applicants with CGPA below 2.50 but with 5 years’ relevant working experience are also admissible.
• Non-degree holders (Malaysian) with at least a Diploma or STPM may apply via APEL (A) approval for admission.

English Requirements

• International applicants must have IELTS 6.0 or equivalent.
