Course Overview

This programme provides a solid foundation in IT fundamentals and theoretical knowledge, including programming (Java, VB.net, HTML, J2ME), networking, business communication, and web development. Students develop critical thinking, communication, and technical skills for future career success or further study abroad.

• Assessment: 50% Coursework + 50% Final Exam

Entry Requirements

• SPM with at least 3 credits (including Mathematics) or equivalent
• STPM with minimum CGPA 2.00 in any subject and credit in SPM Mathematics
• STAM with Maqbul and credit in SPM Mathematics
• SKM Level 3 and credit in SPM Mathematics
• Certificate (MQF Level 3) with CGPA ≥ 2.00
• Other relevant qualifications recognised by the Malaysian Government
• Pass in SPM Mathematics may be accepted with reinforcement Math subjects at Diploma level
• Preference may be given to those with credit in Computing-related subject at SPM
