Course Overview

The Bachelor in Forensic Science (Hons) programme at MSU equips students with scientific knowledge and hands-on forensic skills essential for crime investigation and physical evidence analysis. Training is delivered in specialised laboratories by experienced lecturers and guest experts from top national laboratories. Students explore crime theories, criminal justice, and analytical techniques, gaining transferable skills that boost employability in various sectors.

  • Polymer Chemistry
  • Industrial Training

Entry Requirements

• At least 2.50 CGPA in STPM or A-levels with a Credit in Chemistry and Biology or Physics; AND
• At least FIVE (5) Credits in SPM or equivalent including THREE (3) from Biology, Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, and English; OR
• Related Diploma with at least 2.75 CGPA (below 2.75 must have at least 3 years related work experience); OR
• MSU Foundation Certificate with at least 2.50 CGPA in Chemistry and Biology or Physics.
• International qualifications subject to MSU Senate approval.
• International students must score IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL 550.
