Course Overview

The Diploma in Pastry Arts from Lé Masters equips students with hands-on experience through a work-based learning approach. Students will be mentored by industry-seasoned chefs and lecturers in facilities equipped with the latest tools, ingredients, and technologies. The curriculum prepares students with both pastry mastery and foundational knowledge in kitchen management, costing, marketing, and entrepreneurship—empowering them to excel in industry or even launch their own ventures.

Entry Requirements

  • Pass Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) Certificate with three (3) credits of any subjects
  • United Examination Certificate (UEC) with 3Bs of any subjects
  • GCE / ‘O’ Levels certificate or equivalent with three credits
