This diploma equips students with the required knowledge and ICT skills in the Human Resource Management field. Students will have the opportunities to gain valuable practical experience as well as transferable employability skills such as critical thinking, problem solving, teamwork and communication skills. These skills, gained during the course, will be highly valuable for employment upon graduation.
Students will be trained to manage employee engagement, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compensation and benefits, HR strategy, occupational safety and health, and people development. This course prepares learners to become capable and confident HR professionals who can manage both employee needs and organisational goals effectively.
Includes option for international internship to experience HR practices in a global context and enhance employability.
