A Master's degree in engineering provides graduates with advanced analytical skills and technology literacy to conduct research through the pursuit of specialized study in Materials, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Telecommunication and Electrical & Electronics engineering. Graduates develop an objective approach to problem identification and solution to real-world problems while communicating their findings to the scientific community as well as industrial professionals.

| Minimum Entry Requirements - A Bachelor's Degree (Level 6 MQF) in the area of Engineering/Engineering Technology with a minimum CGPA of 2.75 or equivalent grade which is approved by Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology or another recognized university as approved by the Senate; OR - A Bachelor's Degree (Level 6 MQF) in the area of Engineering/Engineering Technology not meeting a CGPA of 2.75 but above 2.50 can be accepted, subject to rigorous internal assessment which is approved by the Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology Senate; OR - A Bachelor's Degree (Level 6 MQF) in the area of Engineering/Engineering Technology with lower than 2.50 with 5 years of relevant working experience in the field of study which is approved by the Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology Senate. NOTE: Degree holders of Bachelor of Science and Technology (non-engineering or engineering technology) with a CGPA above 2.50 but less than 2.75 may be admitted, subject to a rigorous internal assessment. English Language Requirements 1) Malaysian Students MUET Band 3.5 or IELTS Band 5.0 or CEFR High B1 or TOEFL iBT 40 or equivalent; OR Exemption of English Language requirement if the medium of instruction during Bachelor studies was in English 2) International Students IELTS Band 5.0 or CEFR High B1 or TOEFL iBT 40 or equivalent; OR Exemption of English Language requirement if the medium of instruction during Bachelor studies was in English |
