STPM at least PNGK 2.00 with Grade C in 3 subjects including Pengajian Am;

STPM at least PNGK 2.50
AND
STPM at least Grade C in Biology and 1 other subjects excluding Pengajian Am:

SPM at least Credits in the following subjects:

MUET at least Band 2
AND
Pass MEdSI Test from UPSI

Pass the Interview?
