SPM at least Credits in Bahasa Melayu and a Pass in Sejarah. Credits in July's Bahasa Melayu Paper will also be counted
AND
STPM at least PNGK 2.00 with Grade C in 3 subjects including Pengajian Am;

MUET at least Band 1
SYARAT KHAS
STPM at least PNGK 2.50
AND
STPM at least Grade C in Physics and any 1 subjects of the following excluding Pengajian Am:

SPM at least Credits in the following subjects:

MUET at least Band 2
AND
Pass MEdSI Test from UPSI

Pass the interview
